清徹栗子啡色 

聞茶時有溫和的木、果香和陳皮香氣。 最初數泡有順滑、豐富的荷香和適當的回甘。後數泡有淡簿的木香,甜水和生津。 茶底是深啡色的茶葉。

Steeping - Puerh Tea

General Guide to brewing Pu-erh Tea

Steep Pu-erh tea in hot boiling water. The ratio of tea leaves to water is approximately 1:4 to 1:5. or 8 grams of tea to 125 ml. of water.

First steep for 5 to 10 sec and discard the water to clean and heat the tea leaves. Steep for 20 seconds, and lengthen the time for each subsequent infusion. 

The number of infusion can range from 10 to 20 times.

Great Qi

It tasted just like any other Shu Puerh out there. However, the tea gave me a euphoric feeling that was not agitating like other strong teas. I felt alert and calm for the next 8 hours. The price...ouchie...but worth it. I only wish I have more money to drink this stuff daily :)
