這茶品是由雲南昌泰茶廠獨家訂製的正品正貨。這圓茶是昌泰茶廠建廠首幾批的正山易武茶品,製作選料也非常嚴謹。茶餅現在陳化一段時間後已變得鬆厚,每片茶餅也是用手寫和手造紙包裝,被現時市場和收藏家評級甚高的茶品。在我們香港專業倉庫進行後發酵接近20年。

茶湯棕紅色 。

聞茶有陳香木味,此茶已陳化到成熟階段,可供日常飲用。茶氣和 回甘是中高等。醇厚和有層次感,純樟木香味,果香和陳皮味道,後數泡更有覆雜的花香和回甜,茶出味快和耐泡,品茗佳品。茶底是均衡的棕色,柔軟、破斷、4-7級茶葉,有少量茶骨和沒有茶苿。

Steeping - Puerh Tea

General Guide to brewing Pu-erh Tea

Steep Pu-erh tea in hot boiling water. The ratio of tea leaves to water is approximately 1:4 to 1:5. or 8 grams of tea to 125 ml. of water.

First steep for 5 to 10 sec and discard the water to clean and heat the tea leaves. Steep for 20 seconds, and lengthen the time for each subsequent infusion. 

The number of infusion can range from 10 to 20 times.

Really superior tea

Yiwu material of this age and quality is hard to come by and this tea is really superb. If you have tasted Yiwu of later times and been unimpressed, give this one a try. You will see what the excitement was about.
